The Shapeshifters promotion is back in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, bringing some weird and wonderful cards to the game with their locations changed.
Team 1 is already packaged and looks set to be followed up by Team 2 soon.
What makes the event even bigger is the possibility that FUT hero cards will also be leveled up and released during the event, so keep reading to learn more and see which heroes can get the level up.
You'll also notice that none of the cards released so far have this design, which reinforces the idea that FUT Hero Shapeshifters are coming.
While it hasn't been officially confirmed yet, we're pretty sure there will be more FUT Hero cards set to be boosted, with the first upgrade of the deck taking place in the FUT Captains promo.
We can only see two FUT heroes get upgrades, one passing SBC at the end of the Team 1 cycle, and then passing the SBC at the end of Team 2.
This means we can exclude Abedi Pele, Diego Milito, Antonio Di Natale, Mario Gomez, Freddie Ljungberg, Joe Cole, Ivan Cordoba, Robbie Keane, Clint Dempsey and Tim Cahill from the list of hero players.
If we also ignore the goalie selection (since it looks like EA didn't include them in the shapeshifter card), then we can exclude Jorge Campos and Jerzy Dudek from the predictions, leaving the seven FUT heroes that might be included, who are :
