FUT 22: FUT Showdown between Paulista and Canales

EA SPORTS has announced a new showdown in FUT 22 Ultimate Team (FUT) between Gabriel Paulista and Sergio Canales for the Copa del Rey final.
In the race for the Spanish championship, Real Madrid are now almost uncatchable, while the outcome of the Spanish Cup is still open. There are no real favorites in the final on Saturday evening (April 23) between FC Valencia and Betis Sevilla. This starting position also seems exciting enough for EA SPORTS to call the next FUT showdown: Valencia defender Gabriel Paulista and Betis midfielder Sergio Canales have received dynamic special cards whose overall rating can still be increased. The player of the winning club receives two additional points, a draw is not intended in the final.
Both La Liga pros have an overall rating of 89 points, compared to their gold variants, all base values have been increased. While Paulista convinces with defensive (90) and physique (89), Canales mainly impresses with his pass (91) and his pace (90). To unlock the two showdown opponents, each Squad Building Challenges (SBCs) must be completed with a required team before kick-off. In both cases, the cheapest solutions cost around 145,000 coins, as all the required players have to be bought beforehand.
Paulista SBC Requirements
Gabriel Paulista: At least one player of Brazilian nationality, at least one TOTW player, overall team rating of at least 86, and team chemistry of at least 65.
Sergio Canales: At least one player of Spanish nationality, at least one TOTW player, overall team rating of at least 86, and team chemistry of at least 65.
