FIFA 22: Premier League TOTS voting without Chelsea players

The Premier League TOTS for FIFA 22 Ultimate Team (FUT) has been available since Friday evening (April 22)--this does not apply to Chelsea players.
A TOTS voting for the Bundesliga without players from RB Leipzig? Difficult to imagine. However, something similar is now a reality in the Premier League: 40 players from the island have been nominated to vote for the Team of the Season (TOTS), and not a single professional from third-placed Chelsea is represented. No Édouard Mendy, no Antonio Rüdiger, no N'Golo Kanté - not even Mason Mount, who is the fourth best scorer in the Premier League with ten goals and nine assists. However, EA SPORTS undoubtedly has the opportunity to add more to the TOTS release and at least fill the seats on the bench with Chelsea players.
Instead, the voting is dominated by Manchester City and Liverpool FC, who together make up half of the field. The "Skyblues" send eleven players into the TOTS race, the "Reds" at least nine. While Jürgen Klopp's team with Virgil van Dijk, Joel Matip, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andrew Robertson accommodates the entire starting four in the election, City dominates the midfield with Kevin De Bruyne, Ilkay Gündogan, Rodri and Bernardo Silva. By the way, the numerically third strongest club in the vote is West Ham United, four professionals from the capital club can be voted into the Premier League TOTS.
CR7 nominated, Salah big favourite
The Tottenham attacking duo Harry Kane and Heung-min Son, Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United and the big favorite Mohamed Salah have at least made it into the voting. The Egyptian is the dominant offensive player of the current Premier League season, anything but a TOTS card for him would be a big surprise. In addition to Salah, his Liverpool strike partners Sadio Mané and Diogo Jota are also nominated. The vote on the Premier League selection closes on Monday (April 25th), the announcement will be made on May 6th – probably at the same time as the release of the special objects in FUT 22. The first TOTS cards of the community selection should be in the packs on April 29th until then the developer will continue to fuel the hype about the promo with the warm-up series.
